Ci Explain what a social care worker must do if they become aware of unsafe practice.
• Listen to the person we support
• Follow procurer on whistle blowing
• Report to my manager and if it’s to do with my manger or they don’t do anything about it, then report to a hierarchy or CQC.
• Reassure the person we support that there doing the right thing telling me and explain its for their safety I have to report what I’ve seen or heard
• Report and record everything either seen or service user has said but it must be in their own words

• Follow the whistleblowing policies
• Report and record
• Tell other work colleges whats going on privately as long as there not involved
• Go to hierarchy that’s above the house manager
